What do we do with your personal data?

All personal data that you transmit to us will only be stored for the following purposes:

Can you delete your personal information?

You can delete recipient data for your orders that are more than 12 months old. This will permanently delete the delivery address and recipient data from our system.
To do this, you as the account holder must have unrestricted access to your account. If your account is burdened by constant reports of loss, damage or suspected fraud or other illegal activities, this option is not executable.
Your account allows you to manage your address book and payment options.

Do we share your personal information with other companies?

Except for shipping purposes, your address will not be passed on to third parties. Your payments are processed in encrypted form by the relevant services such as banks, credit card agents or PayPal.
If you would like a copy (in Excel.xls format) of your personal information, please let us know by email.

You are entitled to assert your rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. In addition, you can complain to the supervisory authority at any time if you complain about a violation of data protection law or your rights mentioned above.
